What is your fee?+
A flat 8%. If your voucher is worth €100, you receive €92.
Do you require KYC?+
No. We do not ask for identity documents. You only provide a contact email and payout details.
Which vouchers do you accept?+
Financial prepaid vouchers such as Paysafecard, Neosurf, Transcash, PCS, Cashlib, Flexepin, CashU and more. We do not accept gaming or retail gift cards (Steam, Amazon, etc.).
How can I get paid?+
PayPal, bank transfer, or crypto: USDT, BTC, Monero (XMR), LTC and ETH.
How long does it take?+
On average, vouchers are exchanged within about 1 hour after submission. Crypto payouts are often faster after approval; classic bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
What if my code is invalid?+
We reject invalid or already-used codes. You are not charged a fee on rejected codes.

Our company is registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Is there a minimum or maximum?+
No minimum and no maximum. Exchange any supported face value.
